Other services – complementing your product

We can offer spot welding, deburring/grinding, tumble finishing and assembly of press screws/nuts on your parts.

Parts requiring milling, drilling or screw threading are often best manufactured in our CNC controlled machining centres provided by Haas. The machines feature two pallets, one of which can be rigged outside to optimise the process.

Using our measuring machine, we can develop a range of different measuring protocols for your parts, with a measuring accuracy of 1.9 µm/250 mm.

Surface treatment
With the help of our skilled partners, we can also arrange for a range of different surface treatments, including:
– powder coating;
– hot galvanising;
– electro galvanising.
